Atelier Beauté CHANEL

The aim of this project was the creation of an app, from scratch, with the purpose of adding value to the Atelier Beauté space. The main objective was to facilitate the experience of customers when dropping in on the atelier site, booking services, or buying beauty and fragrance products offered by the Atelier.

UX solutions and UI design were applied to tailor the application for the customers' needs, including user journeys when registering, finding products, and booking services through the app.

Building early brand loyalty before introducing expensive luxury products

For the luxury category, fragrance and beauty are critical when onboarding new customers. As lower-cost luxury items, fragrance and beauty allow for a price-conscious consumer to partake in the brand.

THE CHALLENGE

How do we get Gen Z to engage and experiment with our products, when everything about CHANEL feels intimidating and out of reach?
