TaDa Delivery - Online Payments

The project mission was to elevate the payment experience within the TaDa app, a delivery beverages mobile application from AB-InBev.

 

The challenge lied in seamlessly integrating a cutting-edge online payment solution. This involved not only meeting the app's specific requirements but also navigating the intricate landscape of a collaboration with a third-party gateway provider.

FEATURE BACKGROUND

Online payment faced technical limitations, leading many users to prefer paying upon delivery.

This marked preference was largely attributed to security concerns surrounding the existing online payment solution. Addressing these apprehensions became imperative in unlocking the full potential of online payments within the TaDa app.

USERS STATEMENTS

"I cannot remove my card information from the app."

"It's not possible to manage my payment methods."

"I was not able to add my international card, frustrating."

PRODUCT HYPOTHESIS

We can increase the gross margin value of the app by improving the user experience in six countries.

Ensure that consumers have a seamless and secure way to pay, which builds trust and encourages more transactions.
